If you cancel your trip, you are still responsible for making the payments to Flex Pay, regardless of any cancellation penalties or refunds, if any.

Tipping Guidelines at All-Inclusive Resorts

Remember that although the tips are not mandatory for all-inclusive resorts, they are very well appreciated. The staff work very hard, and they depend on tourism to feed their families.

Tipping recommendations:

• For the drivers and luggage attendants $5 per person each way

• Tour Guides $5 - $10 per person

• Meals $5 - $10 per person per meal

• Room attendant $5 - $10 a day

• Spa Services 15-20%

Travel Insurance: It's also important to consider purchasing travel insurance. It's one of those things you hope you never need, but it provides peace of mind, knowing you're covered for any unexpected turns along the way.

When selecting a travel insurance policy, we strongly recommend a policy that includes medical coverage and a minimum coverage of USD 200,000 for repatriation and emergency rescue. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
